The 50VCP-W-350 1200 A medium-voltage vacuum circuit breaker has been manufactured by Westinghouse/Cutler-Hammer/Eaton throughout its production lifecycle. This breaker is an electrically operated, draw-out style vacuum circuit breaker designed to be installed in indoor and outdoor VacClad-W metal-clad medium-voltage switchgear.
The featured model was manufactured by Cutler-Hammer in 2004 and completely overhauled by Circuit Breaker Sales for a local utility customer in 2025. The work scope included replacing the operating mechanism, charging gears, and pawls, as well as the 20-year-old vacuum bottles with brand new replacement interrupters.
