The K-1600 was originally manufactured by ITE/ABB/BBC/Gould throughout its production lifecycle. The featured K-1600 was originally manufactured by the ITE Circuit Breaker Company in April of 1968 and fully reconditioned by Circuit Breaker Sales in 2025. Although the K-1600 was originally provided with OD-3-OD-8 style dual magnetic overloads, the featured unit has been upgraded with a current production digital AC Pro II solid state trip unit, which affords additional protection and upgraded features.
